Sie arbeitet seit 2001 als Ernährungsberaterin und ist Mitglied der wissenschaftlichen Gruppe für Ernährung.
Sie ist Mitglied des zyprischen Verbandes der Ernährungsberater.
Sie nimmt an Konferenzen, Workshops und Seminaren zum Thema Ernährung teil, um über die Entwicklungen auf dem Gebiet der Ernährung auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.
Sie hat mit zypriotischen Zeitschriften zusammengearbeitet, für die sie Artikel über Ernährung und Gesundheit schreibt.
Sie hat in mehreren Grundschulen in der Region Limassol Vorträge gehalten und ist auf Einladung von Verbänden zu verschiedenen Themen rund um die Ernährung referiert.
Seit Juni 2014 ist sie wissenschaftliche Leiterin des Zentrums für Ernährungsberatung und Stoffwechselkontrolle des zyprischen Zentrums für Ernährung.

- He has worked in different physiotherapy departments and fields in hospitals in the UK with a main interest in chronic pain, spinal disorders, Orthopaedic Musculoskeletal, Neuromuscular and sports injury physiotherapy fields.
